Global PC Market Ranking (2024–2025)
Lenovo remained the world’s #1 PC manufacturer in both 2024 and 2025, leading the global market in PC shipments and market share.
In 2024, Lenovo shipped approximately 61.8 million PCs, accounting for about 23.5% of the worldwide PC market, according to IDC.
Throughout 2025, Lenovo maintained its leading position. In Q3 2025, Lenovo ranked first globally in PC shipments, while also recording the strongest year-over-year shipment growth among the top five vendors, according to Gartner.
For full-year 2025, Lenovo again ranked #1 worldwide. IDC estimated that Lenovo shipped approximately 70.8 million PCs, giving it a 24.9% global market share. Gartner’s full-year figures also placed Lenovo first, estimating approximately 73.6 million shipments and a 27.2% market share.
Therefore, Lenovo continued to hold the #1 position in the global PC market through 2025, ahead of HP, Dell, Apple, and other major PC manufacturers. Market-share figures vary somewhat between IDC and Gartner because of differences in methodology and market definitions.
